Weston will report to Howard Wilson, regional office director of Florida. She previously worked at Chilton Trust Company, where she was senior vice president and head of fiduciary services from 2016. Prior to this role, Weston was managing director, relationship manager and senior trrust officer at Fiduciary Trust Company International and senior trust officer at Citi.

Based in Philadelphia, the firm has offices in New York, Washington DC, Florida, Delaware, Ohio and New Jersey. It manages more than $40 billion of AuM.
